BASEBALL - #1 Seed in NCS D-5 Playoffs

The baseball team has again qualified as the #1 seed in the NCS D-5 playoffs and will be hosting Sonoma Academy on Tuesday at the VCHS baseball field. The boys also enter as the BCL-E champions once again. There will be a charge for admission as mandated by the NCS. Adult tickets are $9 and students are $6. So come out and support our boys as they seek to advance to the next round which should be played on Friday if there are no conflicts within the bracket.

Congratulations to Vince Volpatti who has been selected to try an Area Code try out for the Oakland Athletics.

Congratulations to Vince Volpatti who has been selected to try an Area Code try out for the Oakland Athletics. If he is selected to the team, he will be representing the Athletics in a tournament in Long Beach, Ca. on August 5-10. His tryout will be held on July 5, so keep him in prayer as he prepares to make this team. In addition, Vince has also been invited to the Reebok NorCal World Series at UOP June 8-11 and will be participating with the East Bay Team. We are extremely proud of Vince and what he has accomplished here at VCHS. He has made a huge impact on both our football and baseball programs while at Valley and will continue to do so throughout his last 2 years! So Congrats again to Vince and his family!

BCL-East Co-Champions!

Valley Christian boys baseball scored the winning run to become the BCL-East Co-Champions. The winning run was scored by Evan Opperman in the bottom of the 13th inning on a sacrifice fly by Adam Michnowski. Congratulations!
